How Do You Get Started?
For immediate access BoardPrep’s high-quality dual-diagnosis day-night program, an individualized financial arrangement is made. A cash deposit may be required, enabling us to get the admission process started right away. It is applied to the initial 28-day treatment, which is estimated to be twelve to fifteen thousand. Treatment includes:
- Full psychiatric assessment and weekly follow-up sessions with the doctor, as needed
- Recovery Residence and Recovery Coaches
- Transportation for programming, outside 12-step meetings, and recovery support activities
- Prepared meals (at least 7 per week)
- Insurance billing services: We will bill out-of-network insurance benefits at the request of the insured/payor
We have not included medications in other fees and are the financial responsibility of the patient or family. Furthermore, the cost of food from the grocery store and other necessities are handled according to individual preferences. In addition, the cost of recovery support activities, such as movies and bowling, is based on participation.
90-Day Programs
Ninety-day programs, the NIDA best-practice standard for the optimal average length of stay, may be available in advance at a discounted rate. Pre-paid cash rates for 12 weeks, which is roughly 90-days, programs start at $24,000. However, this does not include the extra costs we’ve listed above.
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Individualized intensive outpatient programs may be best, depending on the patient’s needs. Out-of-network insurance benefits often apply to outpatient services. However, a minimum deposit of $3000 for outpatient treatment may be necessary upon admission. We provide individual treatment programs, but the average length of stay in IOP is about 12 weeks.
Paying for Rehab
Most major health plans partially or fully cover BoardPrep treatment services. However, our experts may not guarantee insurance coverage as your payment. BoardPrep staff work hard to maximize insurance coverage and minimize out-of-pocket expenses. You can choose to email admissions@boardpreprecovery.com the images of the front and back of your insurance card, along with your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Usually, within a few hours, we will verify benefits and provide you with an estimate of out-of-pocket expenses.
Unfortunately, not everyone has insurance. However, it’s important not to let finances get in the way of getting the best possible care for your addiction. We have financing available here. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility for financing, we invite you to reach out to our admission team. Our team will listen to your concerns and give you the support that we need.
Once you get to our treatment center, you can make any payments may in person or using your phone during business hours. BoardPrep Recovery Center® can receive payments by check, credit card, or wire transfer.
